Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Store Operations:
- Ensure store operations comply with SOPs and maintain brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain.
- Oversee visual merchandising and maintain appealing store layouts.
- Track transactions, budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies.
Customer Experience:
- Drive processes to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experience through product knowledge and assistance.
- Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to senior management.
People Management:
- Lead and coach retail staff for high service and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and HR for policy alignment and integration.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate
- Experience in sales, team handling, and customer service
- Know basic English communication
- Comfortable going on the field for doing activities
