Hiring: Technical Support Associate International Voice (US Shift)

Location:Bangalore

CTC: 5 CTC , Up to 6.5 LPA
Shift: US Shift Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Summary:

We are hiring Technical Support Associates for a leading global technology brand. Candidates must have prior experience in International Voice Technical Support and strong troubleshooting skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate /UG Can apply
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Technical Support
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  
• Willing to work in US shifts
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound technical support calls from international customers
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  
• Provide step-by-step technical guidance to resolve customer concerns
  
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
  
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and compliance standards
  
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to Level 2/3 support teams
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
  
• Stay updated on product knowledge and troubleshooting procedures
