Role: Google Cloud Security Admin

Eligibility

• Minimum 15 years of regular, fulltime education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with project requirements
• Candidates must have a registered EP ID (EPCN)

Role & Responsibilities

Process Orientation

• Monitor Assured Workloads and VPC Service Controls for regulatory compliance
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance violations
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align cloud security with business needs
• Develop custom security monitoring scripts and alerts for anomalies
• Integrate DevSecOps practices across cloud environments
• Harden GKE, Compute Engine, and serverless workloads
• Implement automated security controls using Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, SIEM tools
• Conduct cloud security assessments and internal audits
• Enforce security best practices within CI/CD pipelines

Technical & Analytical Skills

MustHave

• Expertise in IAM, VPC Service Controls, firewall policies, security perimeter design
• Experience with SIEM, threat intelligence, and incident response tools
• Proficiency in Google SCC, Chronicle, Cloud Armor, IDS/IPS
• Strong understanding of cloud encryption, DLP, key management
• Handson experience with Terraform, Python, Bash for security automation
• Experience with compliance audits, governance frameworks, and security controls
• Ability to present and explain security topics to customer IT teams (including PPT/visualizations)
• Must attain Professional Cloud Security Engineer (GCP) or equivalent certification within one year

GoodtoHave

• Professional Cloud certifications (GCP/Azure/AWS/Security)
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database administration
• Understanding of network security principles
