Position Summary... What youll do...About Team
Enterprise Business Services is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience.
Team is looking for an experienced SAP Finance consultants who will contribute to the S4 implementation, support and maintenance.
This role demands comprehensive knowledge of support systems and tools including DevOps, Incident management, handling escalations, abilities to provide quick and effective workarounds and solutions to facilitate seamless and smooth functioning of the applications.
What youll do:
- Work as an Individual contributor on SAP Finance & business processes (S4 and ECC) of Walmart.
- Bring best in class consulting experience in SAP Finance and proven track record of S4 HANA implementation experience.
- Ability to work independently in all phases of projects starting from business requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing (Integration, Regression, UAT), Data loads and cutover, Go live and hyper care.
- Contributes to Solution architecture/design for SAP Finance business processes.
- Brings best practice of SAP Finance, retail and other domains and brings adoption of the same.
- Bring innovative solutions, automation in SAP deployments.
- Provide Recommendations to business problems with pro and cons.
- Should possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in customer centric environment.
- Build a good rapport with business community, cross functional teams and program leadership.
- Should have strong articulation skills and stakeholder management.
- Should be able to own end to end responsibility for SAP Finance solution being deployed in S4 HANA and existing ECC systems.
- Responsible for analyzing, solutioning, designing, configuring, enhancing, and testing the integrated solution for US, Canada and other countries along with integration with 3rd party applications.
- Responsible for Accelerator configuration, FI, SD and MM tax set-up and related master data that meets the US and Canada legal/business/usability requirements.
What will you bring:
- Expertise across SAP Finance modules to design and build business processes across finance process areas
- S4 HANA hands on experience is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in implementing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, asset accounting
- Extensive experience of integrating SAP Finance with cross functional areas such as MM, SD, Master data applications for GL, Suppliers and customers
- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate effectively with a non-technical audience.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation according to the project methodology for all aspects of requirements, development, testing and implementation.
- B.E./MBA/CA/ICWA/Tax professional with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of S4 HANA Implementation of FICO in reputed global organization.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in Finance.
- Minimum experience of 4+ implementation projects.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience across all SAP Finance modules and DevOps methodology is must.
- Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA, Charm, ALM.
- Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
