Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct gold appraisals for customers to determine the value of their gold ornaments.
Provide expert advice on loan against gold (LAP) options and sales strategies to customers.
Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory management.
