• No Post Graduates
• Experience: Freshers eligible
• Skills: Good communication skills required

Roles & Responsibilities

AR Executive (Voice)

• Call US Insurance Payers to resolve claim issues (denials/nondenials).
• Review PMS/internal systems to work towards resolution: Payment, Adjustment, Selfpay.
• Identify trends, issues, and escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain trackers: SOP updates, Issue Logs, Trend Logs.
• Participate in RCM training to enhance process knowledge.
• Investigate complex patient account issues and ensure accurate resolution.
• Identify accounts that dont require calling & route to analysts for fix.
• Use logical thinking to resolve accounts errorfree.
• Identify payer-level issues and support special projects for reprocessing.

Medical Billing (NonVoice)

• Review claim documents and update system records accurately.
• Maintain trackers and process logs.
• Support RCM cycle operations with accuracy and compliance.
