AV (Audio Visual) / VC (Video Conferencing) Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Daily AV / VC Support:

Perform regular health checks of AV / VC meeting rooms
Hands-on experience with Cisco AV / VC solutions
(Cisco Webex Rooms, Cisco VC endpoints, codecs, touch panels, controllers)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:

Displays and screens
Video conferencing systems
Microphones, speakers, cameras, and cables

Support live meetings and respond to AV / VC issues as per SLA timelines
Work on service tickets raised for AV / VC incidents

Equipment Handling & Setup:

Support installation, replacement, and removal of AV / VC equipment
Assist with floor-to-floor and room-to-room movement of AV / VC assets using service elevators
Pack, unpack, and handle AV / VC equipment safely during movement or replacement activities

Asset & Inventory Support:

Assist with AV / VC asset tagging and inventory reconciliation
Ensure proper documentation for asset movement (gate pass, handover details)
Support audits and validation activities as instructed

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain basic service records and activity logs
Follow security, safety, access control, and uniform guidelines
Work under defined SOPs and supervision at all times

Role is office-based (corporate environment)
No end-user IT support included outside AV / VC scope
Any graduates can apply.
