Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with strong experience in project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and delivery support. The role focuses on ensuring smooth project execution, adherence to timelines, effective communication, and accurate reporting across multiple teams and workstreams.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities across multiple teams.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Ensure tasks are assigned, followed up, and completed on time.
- Support project managers in day-to-day delivery activities.
Planning & Tracking
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and trackers.
- Monitor project progress and flag risks, issues, and delays proactively.
- Track effort, utilization, and basic financials where required.
- Support change requests and scope tracking.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, daily/weekly status calls.
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of project status.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports and dashboards.
- Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, SOPs, and approvals.
- Ensure project data is up to date in project management tools.
Governance & Process Support
- Ensure compliance with defined project management processes.
- Support audits, reviews, and governance meetings.
Assist in continuous improvement of project coordination practices.
Preferred candidate profile
Core Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience as a Project Coordinator / PMO / Delivery Coordinator.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery models.
- Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Tools & Methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with RAID, action trackers, and project reporting.
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.
Good to Have
- Exposure to IT / Cloud / Infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of project financials and invoicing support.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in managed services or multi-client environments.
