Ind Senior, Software Engineer @ Walmart

What youll do:

• Java, Spring, Distributes system, Big data development experience for large enterprise

• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java, spring, Spark, Python/Scala

• Strong computer science fundamentals: Data Structure and Algorithms

• Experience in building streaming pipeline using spark streaming, Kafka/event hub or similar

• Working experience with data ware house like Big Query, AWS Redshift

• Good to have experience in Atlas/Spline/Open Lineage/Marquez for Data Lineage

• Experience to develop, implement and tune distributed data processing pipelines that process large volume of data

• Strong experience in Architecture and Design for building enterprise scale product with focus on scalability, low-latency, and fault-tolerance.

• Expertise in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets

• Experience of NoSQL, Messaging Queue, Orchestration Framework (Airflow/Oozie)

• Experience of working in Git, Docker and Jenkins

• Must be able to work effectively in a team setting as well as individually.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with external teams and stakeholders.

• Must have growth mindset to learn and contribute across different modules or services.

What youll bring:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• 6 to 10 years of total experience in developing Enterprise scale applications

• 2-3 years of working experience in GCP/Azure/AWS cloud platforms

• Strong experience in Designing and implementing scalable systems, Building Data Pipelines, Data Migration, Streaming Pipelines
