Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM Healthcare / IVF) to drive referral-based sales growth by managing OB-GYN / Gynecologist / Referral Doctor networks. The role involves doctor engagement, IVF referrals, healthcare sales strategy execution, field sales operations, and achieving zone-level targets through structured medical marketing activities such as CMEs, workshops, and medical camps.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive healthcare sales and business development through OB-GYN referral networks
  • Build, manage, and expand Gynecologist / OB-GYN / Referral Doctor relationships
  • Implement Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and zone-wise sales targets
  • Conduct regular field sales visits to doctors, clinics, and hospitals
  • Oversee BD Executives / Medical Representatives for doctor coverage and productivity
  • Personally engage key OB-GYN doctors to establish long-term referral tie-ups
  • Generate and convert new doctor referrals and healthcare leads.
  • Plan and execute CMEs, doctor meets, workshops, fertility camps
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and territory mapping
  • Explore new geographies, untapped markets, and referral opportunities
  • Coordinate with Finance for timely referral incentive / referral bonus payments
  • Maintain center-level sales MIS, referral data, and dashboards
  • Submit monthly sales reports, activity trackers, and pipeline updates

Candidate Profile:

  • Any Graduate (B.Pharm / Pharmacy graduates preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare / IVF / Pharma / Hospital Sales
  • Strong exposure to doctor referrals, OB-GYN engagement, or medical sales
  • MBA / PG in Marketing or Hospital Management Added Advantage
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned Kerala territories.
