Job Summary :

- Worked for Klaviyo platform implementation
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Klaviyo marketing automation and CRM solutions
- Design and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo for e-commerce clients
- Ensure seamless integration of Klaviyo with existing systems and data sources
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the implementation team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Klaviyo platform
- Open to work from any Tech Mahindra location across India
