Hiring: Senior Analyst (Service Support Associate) FOR Leading US Insurance Firm!!


Experience: Minimum 4 years in US Health Insurance voice or BFSI International Customer Service


Work Mode: Work from Office


Location: Bangalore

Shift: US Shift (Fixed) Saturday and Sunday Off


About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for a Senior Analyst Service Support Associate role to provide end-to-end support for US Health Insurance policy renewals and client servicing. The role demands strong communication skills, domain expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch.
  • Conduct end-to-end policy renewal activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage the entire policy lifecycle, including documentation and compliance.
  • Provide benefits advisory services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle queries effectively to minimize rework and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accuracy and adhere to US Health Insurance guidelines and procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of US Health Insurance processes and regulations (experience with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MetLife preferred)

Qualification

  • Graduate with minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3).
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Health Insurance / BFSI international customer service Voice Process.
  • Insurance certification Good to have.
  • Transition or onboarding experience Added advantage.
