Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Drive marketing and sale of auctioned properties under SARFAESI Act and other applicable recovery mechanisms.
- Coordinate with internal Collections, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams for auction execution and post-auction processes.
- Engage with prospective buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners to generate demand for auctioned assets.
- Conduct property site visits and buyer meetings in line with IIFL policies.
- Educate buyers on auction procedures including reserve price, EMD, bidding process, timelines, and documentation.
- Track auction results and assist in re-marketing of unsold assets.
Ensure availability and accuracy of property-related documents including possession status and legal readiness. - Maintain MIS, CRM updates, and periodic reports as required by management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates from Housing Finance and NBFC background will be preferred.
