Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a passionate Paint Technologist to join our innovative coatings team. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing, testing, and improving paint formulations while ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to build a career in the coatings industry while working with cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and optimize paint formulations

Conduct laboratory tests on paint samples

Analyze and document test results

Assist in troubleshooting quality issues

Support production team with technical expertise

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration

Participate in new product development projects

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Collaborate with quality control team

Prepare technical reports and documentation

REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science

0-2 years of experience in paint technology or related field

Understanding of paint chemistry and formulation principles

Knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methods

Familiarity with ASTM standards and testing protocols

Basic understanding of raw materials used in paint manufacturing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Good documentation and reporting skills
