Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience in Adobe AEM to design develop and maintain scalable digital experiences

Job Description

• Develop and customize web applications and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager AEM
• Build reusable AEM components templates and workflows to meet business requirements Optimize AEM solutions for performance scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers developers and business stakeholders Apply best practices in AEM architecture including Assets Sling APIs Sites API Content Delivery API GraphQL APIs Schedulers OSGi services and workflows Integrate thirdparty services and APIs to enhance digital experience capabilities.
• Debug test and document AEMrelated code to ensure highquality deliverables Stay updated with the latest Adobe AEM features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement Support digital asset management DAM processes and metadata management within AEM Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning code reviews and daily standups
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AEM solutions aligned with enterprise goals Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and AEM workflows
• Collaborate closely with marketing data and engineering teams to deliver integrated digital experiences
• Ensure governance and compliance with data privacy standards and organizational policies
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement proactive improvements
• Conduct unit testing user acceptance testing UAT and support production deployments
• Manage capacity planning and performance tuning for AEM environments
• Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new technologies and tools within the Adobe AEM ecosystem Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and documentation to enhance team capabilities
• Engage with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and technical progress
