Mandatory- (manual, automation, Playwright, API testing, etc.)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating functional and non-functional requirements, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software.Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, design documents, and user stories to create effective test plans and test cases
Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
Identify, document, and track defects using defect-tracking tools
Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
Ensure applications meet quality standards, usability guidelines, and performance expectations
Participate in test reviews and continuous improvement of QA processes
Support release activities and post-deployment verification

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience
Proven experience as an Application Tester / Software Tester
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC
Experience with manual testing methodologies
Knowledge of test case creation, execution, and defect lifecycle
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
