Job Description
Role: Selenium Automation Tester
Desired Experience Range: 6-10 years
Location of Requirement: Chennai /Hyderabad
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
- Minimum 5 years automation testing experience using Selenium Tool using Java as scripting language
- Understand and reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios, test plans, test cases and test scripts
- Regression, integration, API and web services testing experience and in testing mobile and web applications
- Experience with build, deployment and installation processes.
- Good communication and writing skills in English and team work skills
- Able to work independently
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in tools like Cucumber, Test NG, Protactor, Junit etc
- Experience in both Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid development methodologies
- Experience in building a new frameworks
- Performance Testing skills using tools like JMeter
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
1. Prepare detailed test plan and write, execute tests that assure the quality of new
features and existing ones in the product.
2. Develop automation test scripts
3. Perform Functional and Non functional testing
4. Collaborate with team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions
5. Work independently and groom new testers into automation testing.
