Role:-Civil Engineer(Freshers)

Education: Bachelors or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and surveying techniques.

Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office

Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Design & Drafting: Assisting in developing technical drawings,, blueprints, and structural designs using CAD software.

Site Supervision: Conducting on-site visits, inspecting progress, and ensuring construction complies with specifications and safety standards.

Project Planning & Analysis: Assisting in feasibility studies, analyzing data, and preparing material, equipment, and cost estimates.

Documentation & Coordination: Maintaining project logs, preparing reports, and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Technical Support: Assisting senior engineers in resolving design or technical issues on-site.

Attributes: Willingness to learn and ability to work on-site.
