Job Description
Dominant Skill:
Active Directory migrations and upgrade. Business and Technical analysis. Strong communication and management skills.
Active Directory server migrations and upgrade, business analyst- Co-ordinate with business and IT teams to collect all required information requirement to assess if applications can be migrated to Azure, Private Cloud or legacy upgrade
Scope of Work:
Overall experience of close 7-10 years:
1. Application migrations across AD domains
2. Good knowledge on connect direct file transfer mechanism
3. Serve as a single point of contact for the customer for all design oriented Technical queries related to the project
4. Drive, track, communicate and resolve queries
5. Design and technical discussions with the customer
6. Possess a mix of Dev, Test and architect skills to interact with customer counterparts and get quick resolution to clarifications / issues quickly
7. Presents the face of offshore to onsite and customer effectively building trust on offshore activities and competencies (alleviating the time zone and cultural differences)
8. Ensure smooth communication between onsite and offshore at task, clarification and issue level
9. Trusted advisor on Microsoft Technologies
10. Review delivery templates and coordinate the customer sign off
11. Verify the information/applications received from client before sharing with offshore
12. Participate and contribute in project design workshops
13. Inform and consult with Project manager about any scope or schedule changes
14. Track, communicate and resolve queries with client
15. Drive customer priorities and ensure timely delivery
16. Coordinate and Track UAT progress
17. Assist in resolve issues identified during customer testing / UAT
18. Ensure deliverables are appropriately signed off by customer
19. Create and submit weekly status report to the project stake holders
20. Provide daily task status to stakeholders
Experience Required:
Good customer facing skills
Highly organized and able to tackle things without supervision
Business and Technical analysis.
Active Directory server migrations background and someone who had performed onshore coordinator roles.
