Job Description

Freshers who are interested in Voice Process (Inbound calls)
Education Qualification - Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC Graduate
Good English verbal and written skills required.
Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
Provide product and service information to customers.
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
Immediate Joiners preferred.

Walk in Details:

Walk in Date - Feb month -Monday to Friday

Time - 10 AM to 1 PM (NOON)

Shift Timings - Night Shifts (Mandatory)
