Job Description

A Sales Executive Data Entry Operator handles the inputting, updating, and maintenance of customer information, sales figures, and lead details into company databases, combining administrative data accuracy with sales support. Key responsibilities include processing orders, managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, verifying data integrity, and ensuring timely reporting, typically requiring fast typing speeds, proficiency in MS Office, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Inputting, updating, and maintaining customer details, sales records, and transaction data into CRM systems or databases.
Sales Support: Processing orders, generating invoices, and updating lead, prospect, or client information.
Data Verification: Reviewing, correcting, and verifying data accuracy to prevent errors or inconsistencies.
Reporting: Creating sales reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management as required.
Documentation: Scanning, filing, and organizing physical and digital documents.
Confidentiality: Maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
