Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Answering queries, handling complaints, and managing returns with empathy and efficiency.
Reviewing and updating customer accounts, records, and databases.
Troubleshooting issues and, if necessary, escalating complex problems to supervisors.
Documenting interactions, tracking customer satisfaction, and following up to ensure resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have good English communication.
Candidates should have their own laptop and WI-Fi and should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts.
