*** We are looking for Python Full Stack Developer who can join us immediately***
Role & responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Tech Lead to design, develop, and optimize backend systems and lead a team of developers in delivering scalable fintech or enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend architecture, microservices, serverless architecture, automation, CI/CD, and performance optimization, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Back-End Development, Architecture & Serverless Solutions
- Design and deliver backend components and architectural frameworks aligned with product and business goals.
- Architect solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for fintech or enterprise-grade applications.
- Design and implement serverless architectures using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and Step Functions.
- Develop and maintain microservices and event-driven systems leveraging RESTful APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Implement event-driven workflows and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Drive best practices in clean architecture, domain-driven design, and scalable distributed systems.
CI/CD, Automation & Cloud Engineering
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks using Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Drive continuous integration and deployment best practices for reliable and efficient release cycles.
- Integrate automated monitoring, logging, and alerting services (AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, etc.) to ensure high availability and observability.
- Champion DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices (CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Optimize cloud costs and improve system performance in AWS environments.
- Lead containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and ECS/EKS where applicable.
Technical Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including:
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- DynamoDB
- EC2 / ECS
- S3
- SNS / SQS
- Step Functions
- CloudWatch / X-Ray
- Strong experience in Serverless Architecture and Event-Driven Systems Design.
- Proficiency in designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, GitHub Actions, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software security principles, OAuth2/JWT, and data protection practices.
- Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and distributed system troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
