Job Description

Hello,

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for enterprise-level programs in a secure, compliance-driven environment, with strong exposure to AWS cloud-based data and application projects.

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies & ensure Agile best practices
Drive delivery of AWS cloud data & application initiatives
Remove impediments & enable high-performing cross-functional teams
Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement & sprint planning
Track sprint metrics, velocity & delivery milestones
Ensure alignment with compliance & security standards

Required Skills
Strong experience in Scrum / Agile / SAFe environments
Proven experience working on AWS cloud data platforms & application development projects
Exposure to ETL, data engineering, or data platform initiatives
Expertise with JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence
Strong stakeholder & cross-functional coordination skills

Good to Have
Experience in Government Cloud environments
Knowledge of ITAR compliance & secure environments
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Palantir & full-stack teams
