What Were Looking For (Across All Mainframe Roles)

• Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, and mainframe development
• Handson experience with DB2 or IMS DB (role dependent)
• Good understanding of job scheduling, debugging, and performance tuning
• Ability to work in an Agile delivery environment
• Strong problemsolving, productionsupport & analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
