Responsibilities
- Manage and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
- Utilize IT domain knowledge to enhance claims processing systems and improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance claims.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements in claims handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during the claims process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new claims processing strategies to optimize operations.

Qualifications

- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus enhancing understanding of industry-specific claims.
