Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Translate and interpret documents, emails, and communications as needed.
  • Provide support for client inquiries, renewals, or business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and clear communication

with stakeholders.

  • Execute transactions with minimal direction; enter data and retrieve information from the

Salesforce application for renewals.

  • Demonstrate initiative for continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all client-published policies and procedures, as well as legal and

regulatory requirements the company is obliged to adhere to.

  • Effectively interface with Renewal Managers and stakeholder employees within Salesforce and

Renewals, recognizing key players within the organization.

  • Support Renewal Managers, Account Executives, and FBO requests following Renewals standard

guidelines.

  • Monitor issues and escalate challenges as needed.
  • Maintain pre-defined metrics and key performance indicators for monthly scorecards.
  • Manage early warning system exception requests based on policies and guidelines.
  • Update qualified opportunities on a weekly basis based on pre-defined criteria.
  • Ensure correct territory alignment/realignment of top customers and report unmapped accounts.
  • Calculate forecasted attrition for mid-contract risk.
  • Validate price increases for contract renewals and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Qualification and Skills/competencies required:


  • Proficient in MS Office especially including VLOOKUP & pivots
  • Proficient with Google Suites
  • Salesforce Platform experience is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated willingness to work in a

team environment with diversity

  • Detail oriented with ability to analyze data
  • Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external

standard of excellence.

  • Demonstrates eagerness to acquire necessary technical knowledge, skills and judgement to

achieve a result or to serve a customer's needs effectively Role & responsibilities
