Mega Walk-in Interview for International Voice Process.


Walk-in Drive Location: HCL Technologies, A-8 & 9, Block A, Sector 60, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Dates: 16th February 2026 and 17th February 2026

Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Details:

  • Process: Inbound and outbound Calling (No sales, upselling, or cross-selling)
  • Experience Required: 1+ years in Voice Process
  • Shift: Fixed shifts
  • Hybrid but mostly WFH

Note: Candidates must reside within 35 km of the office


Responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries via voice and written communication
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
  • Manage multiple queries simultaneously
  • Use workflow tools and internal systems effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams for resolution
  • Maintain high service levels and quality standards

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation
