Job Description

ADP is hiring Specialist - Statutory & Compliance

Key Responsibilities :

• Handling employees queries for PF, Tax deductions and reimbursements
• Provide support on PF withdrawals, ESI benefits and other employee related compliance matters
• Guide employees on Statutory benefits and ensure smooth communication.
• Good knowledge in registrations, filings, and renewals on statutory compliances.
• Inspection Handling - Prepare and support documents for inspection

Job Specifications:

• Good in communication both verbal and written
• Should have minimum of 2 years of experience in statutory, payroll compliance, Taxation.
• Having good knowledge in Payroll Compliances activity (PF, ESI, PT & LWF) and IT Compliances
• Strong in Analytical Skills and needs to have flair for numbers
