Principal consultant - Insurance domain @ Infosys BPM

Role

The role is of a Principal Consultant - Digital Transformation Services. The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth digital consulting skills and domain knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions. The role is at a leadership level with ample opportunities for growth in one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys BPM and Digital Transformation Services as well.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Consultant in the DTS team, you will

• Be responsible for leading and developing Insurance practice within DTS - Digital solution design.
• Be responsible for business development efforts - response to RFXs, creation of collaterals and presales support
• Develop thought leadership Point of Views, methodologies, frameworks, toolkits, collaterals to support transformation projects and pursuit/solution design

Key Skills Required

This role requires the following skills, expertise and experience:

• Strong consulting skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Proven solution design and practice development skills
• Insurance Domain Expertise in any of the following (at the minimum) including
• - Preferred: Property & Casualty
• - Good to know: Life & Annuity
• Exposure to working for a 3rd party services provider in a Practice development/Solution Design role

Experience in digital strategy engagements for Insurance clients using key emerging technologies likes Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Social & Mobility.
