Your Role
Total Experience: 9- 12 Years Only
Location: Mumbai only
- Lead endtoend implementation and continuous improvement projects for ServiceNow/Salesforce platforms.
- Define and manage project plans, budgets, schedules , and ensure delivery within scope and timelines.
- Coordinate crossfunctional collaboration across business teams, IT, and external vendors.
- Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive governance.
- Report project progress to stakeholders and ensure full compliance with Agile or traditional delivery frameworks.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technology implementation or improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and/or Salesforce project delivery.
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets , and crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or traditional PMIbased project methodologies .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; fluency in English mandatory .
