Job Summary:

As part of eCrew you will be part of a team which provides the best of facilities and real estate solutions to the organization and its associates (employees) across various areas. As part of this team, you are the key owner to conceive innovative ideas and execute those ideas for existing facilities or upcoming facilities. You will get to dab your hands on any of the verticals be it transportation, food, travel, concierges, housekeeping or any allied services to make the Walmart facility the World Class facility in India.

eCrew or the Real Estate, Facilities and Administration team of Walmart s vision is to continually strive for excellence in the quality of services provided to all the Walmart associates, with continuous improvement to meet and exceed the needs of our internal stakeholders through innovative and cost-effective solutions of consistent quality and high standard to build world class facility for Walmart in India.

Our priority is to create safe, hygiene and state of the art facilities for our associate which enables them to perform their job to their best.

eCrew is an enabler function which spearheads in the endeavor of providing best in class facilities and amenities to our associates including transportation, food facilities, travel, concierge desk, housekeeping services, electromechanical services, mobile/data card connectivity and other related services

What You ll Do (3 to 5 brief pointers about the roles and responsibility)

Your core responsibilities would be to manage transport, cafeteria management, facilities operations of a building, amenities & services where you lead the facilities & transport teams including contractors to maintain the premises & provide best of the services to the associates (employees) in the organization. This would include areas like housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control services, transport etc. You will also have the obligation of maintaining vendor relationships to ensure service levels are met as agreed in the contracts. You would have sound knowledge of auditing the services and if any discrepancies, you would work with vendors to rectify any abnormalities as per the agreed terms and conditions signed by Walmart contract. You will have to interface with various stake holders from business to fulfill their requirements from time to time depending on the business needs.

What You ll bring (3 to 5 brief pointers about the qualifications, exposures and experiences required for the role)

  • Bachelor s/Master s in Hotel Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience managing teams and vendors, with a track record of implementing technology solutions in facilities operations.
  • Experience overseeing 400,000+ Sqft, 3,000+ employees and deploying digital tools for large-scale operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and modern collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered facility management software, digital dashboards, and automation tools is highly desirable.
