Role & responsibilities:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on front-end development experience to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React, modern JavaScript, and front-end architecture, and can work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex user interfaces using ReactJS
  
• Build scalable, reusable components and front-end architectures
  
• Lead UI implementation from requirements to production
  
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive and responsive interfaces
  
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful / GraphQL APIs
  
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
  
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and best practices
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
  
• Contribute to technical decisions and front-end standards
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of professional experience in front-end development
  
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, Hooks, and component-driven architecture
  
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
  
• Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
  
• Experience with API integration and async data handling
  
• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
  
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and responsive design
  
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
