We are hiring Outbound Insurance Sales Executives for a voice-based sales process at the Gurugram location. The role involves engaging with potential customers over calls, explaining insurance products, understanding requirements, and converting leads into successful sales while following compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calling as per assigned campaigns
• Clearly communicate details of insurance products such as life, term, and health plans
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance options
• Follow call quality standards, regulatory norms, and internal processes
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
  

Candidate Profile

• Educational qualification: Minimum 12th pass
• Experience: 6 months or more in insurance telesales (health background required)
• Age criteria: Up to 35 years
• Strong command over spoken English
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
  

Salary Details

• Monthly CTC range: 25,000 35,000
• Final compensation will depend on experience, skill set, and interview evaluation
  

Work Pattern

• 6 working days per week
• 1 rotational weekly off
