Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior React.js Developer with a strong understanding of the stock market and over 4 years of experience in frontend development. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications tailored for traders and investors. Prior experience using tools like GitHub Copilot is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality React.js applications with real-time data integration
- Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability
- Integrate with market APIs (e.g., broker APIs, price feeds, trading systems)
- Use GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools to accelerate development workflows
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and agile sprint planning
- Stay updated on emerging trends in web development and financial technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development using React.js
- Strong understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS (including pre-processors like SASS/LESS), and responsive design
- Good grasp of the Indian stock market, derivatives, and real-time trading platforms
- Experience working with WebSockets and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and modern CI/CD workflows
- Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to charting libraries (e.g., TradingView, D3.js, Chart.js)
- Experience in building dashboards, strategy builders, or algo trading frontends
- Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus
- Prior work with fintech or trading applications is highly desirable
