Job Description

Role Purpose - SMU Delivery Leader (Hyderabad, Pune (preferred), Other cities also Ok

The purpose of therole istodrive,optimizeand governdeliverymanagement, build future capabilities (skill and IP)anddrive innovationthroughautomationand next generation technologieswithin a Delivery Unitto enhancecustomer satisfactionandlead organicgrowth.

1.Delivery Management

a.Oversee seamless delivery of projects in the Strategic Market Unit (Unit) and Sales within the Practice

b.Client Relationship Management

c. Delivery governance across the accounts/projects

d. Manages the Revenue and Margins for SMU and drives the Q-o-Q by interlocking with the SMU and Sales

e.Infuses AI into the SDLC and demonstrates AI Leadership in Delivery in each client delivery

f. Drives AI First mindset in the unit

2. Enabledelivery ledrevenuegrowthofthe SMU

3. Delivery Assurance(specifically for SDH in a SL DU)

a.Drive and deploy effective technical solutioning and delivery management

b. Lead Thought Leadership

c.Review proposals and avoid delivery risks

4. Quality

a.Work with Quality team to drive Quality orientation in the teams

b. Enhance process compliance and adherence to guidelines and procedures

c.Usage of tools and technology to enhance quality

5. Operational Excellence

a.Review and improve the overall effectiveness of the delivery

b.AutomationFocus

c. Innovation Focus

d. AI Focus

6. Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation

a.Reviewand monitorquarterly demand forecasts, resource planning andfulfillmentin line with business requirementsand costs ofdelivery

b.Drive localization inidentified and key markets

c.Lead upskillinginitiatives across the Delivery Unit

d.Fresher engagement program

7. Team Management

a.Resourcing

  • Hire adequate and right resources for the team

b.Talent Management

c. Performance Management

  • Set goals for the team, conduct timely performance reviewsand provide constructive feedback to own direct reports
  • Ensure that the PerformanceNxtis followed for the entire team

d.Employee Satisfaction and Engagement

  • Lead anddrive engagement initiatives for the team
  • Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team

Qualifications:

  1. Handled org size of approx 8000 folks and above
  2. India based ?? Ideally in Hyderabad or Pune.But Ok to for others cities also
  3. Has handled Digital portfolios
  4. Exposure to Healthcare,Consumer,Technology Industry segments
  5. Has played multiple delivery roles
  6. Created and led Digital delivery teams with Engineering managers , deep experience of devops
  7. Handled clients in Americas / Europe
  8. Has managed large delivery PnL
