1.Delivery Management
a.Oversee seamless delivery of projects in the Strategic Market Unit (Unit) and Sales within the Practice
b.Client Relationship Management
c. Delivery governance across the accounts/projects
d. Manages the Revenue and Margins for SMU and drives the Q-o-Q by interlocking with the SMU and Sales
e.Infuses AI into the SDLC and demonstrates AI Leadership in Delivery in each client delivery
f. Drives AI First mindset in the unit
2. Enabledelivery ledrevenuegrowthofthe SMU
3. Delivery Assurance(specifically for SDH in a SL DU)
a.Drive and deploy effective technical solutioning and delivery management
b. Lead Thought Leadership
c.Review proposals and avoid delivery risks

a.Work with Quality team to drive Quality orientation in the teams
