Job Description
Greetings from Cynet Systems !!Cynet Systems is hiring B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / MBA / B.sc ( Biotech. / Biology / Zoology ) , Bachelors of Nursing / Hospital care , B.Com , BBA etc and any other NON IT degree candidates for US Healthcare Recruiter positions for their US Staffing Operations.
These positions will be based out of our DEHRADUN office location. We have 3 offices in India at Noida, Dehradun & Karnal.
Work Timings: Fixed Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
Job Responsibilities :
- Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle.
- Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements
- Understand the job requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
- Negotiate the rates / salary with the candidates.
- Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
- Coordinate with the candidates for the interviews timings and joining formalities.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, referrals.
- Interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Job Requirements :
- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / MBA / BBA B.com with excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST Timings)
- Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- One year service contract.
