Position: Data Scientist / Senior Data scientist - Generative AI & LLM
Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Large Language Models (LLM) with a focus on generative AI, prompt engineering, and the development of automation use cases. Experience with Azure's GPT-4 or ChatGPT platforms is essential. Full stack development skills and proficiency in .NET will be considered a strong asset. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to retrain LLMs using curated data sets.
Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement advanced algorithms for generative AI models, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
- Expertly craft prompts and fine-tune generative AI to optimize performance for various tasks.
- Design and deploy automation solutions using Azure GPT services, streamlining business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with full-stack development tools, utilizing .NET when applicable.
- Lead the process of retraining LLMs with curated datasets to meet specific objectives for the business case.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, continuously driving improvement and innovation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, providing guidance on best practices in AI.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor/Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of professional experience in data science with a focus on generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Proven track record of working with Azure's GPT services, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for specialized applications.
- Strong programming skills, including experience with full-stack development tools. Proficiency in .NET is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work with curated datasets for retraining purposes, with a specific focus on enhancing the performance of LLMs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
