• Revolutionizing Technologies: The platform leverages technologies in ML and AI to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that solve complex real-world problems across analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
• Agile Development: Development and delivery are driven through Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative enhancements, seamless integration into client ecosystems, and faster time-to-market for high-value CX use cases.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI and ML models using Python, Java, or C++.
• Implement ML solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Perform data analysis and feature engineering using Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.
• Apply strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis to build efficient systems.
• Deploy and manage ML models in production using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable model deployment.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and analytics.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholder

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong expertise in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system performance optimization.
• Experience with model deployment and MLOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
