Job Description
Role Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the HR team in monthly MIS creation and HR analytics. The role involves data collation, report generation, and providing actionable insights to support strategic HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly MIS Preparation:
- Collate and consolidate HR data from various sources (HRMS, payroll, attendance systems, etc.)
- Prepare monthly dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, hiring, and other HR metrics
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of MIS to stakeholders while adhering to defined timelines.
- HR Analytics:
- Analyze trends in workforce data including attrition, hiring, diversity and other HR metrics
- Support in predictive analytics and modeling for workforce planning
- Assist in preparing presentations and insights for leadership reviews
- Data Management & Quality:
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
- Perform regular audits and validations to ensure consistency along with HRSS
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HRBPs, and other cross-functional teams to gather data and understand reporting requirements
- Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from HR leadership
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Statistics, HR, or related field
- Experience in MIS reporting or HR analytics (preferably in a corporate environment)
- Proficiency in Advance MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRMS tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver in timelines
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
