Job Title: Education Counsellor
Job Summary:
Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students, helping them choose suitable courses, institutions, and career paths based on their interests, skills, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and admission processes
- Assess students interests, strengths, and academic background
- Guide students on course selection, applications, and documentation
- Maintain student records and follow up on applications
- Coordinate with universities/colleges and parents when required
- Stay updated on education trends, programs, and admission requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree (Education, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of academic programs and career pathways
- Counseling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple students and maintain confidentiality
