Manage and grow the General Insurance Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and driving agent productivity. Achieve premium targets, build strong agent relationships, ensure compliance, and support sales across motor, health, and non-motor products

Required Candidate profile

15 years of general insurance or agency sales experience. Strong communication, relationship management, target-driven mindset, and good product knowledge preferred.
