Job Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager Loan & Overdraft Process to lead and manage our lending operations at our Noida office. The role involves overseeing end-to-end loan and overdraft processes, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete loan and overdraft processing lifecycle, from application to disbursement.
Review and approve loan and overdraft cases, ensuring strong credit assessment and risk control.
Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
Manage, train, and mentor a team of loan processing executives and analysts.
Coordinate with sales, credit, risk, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, turnaround time, and customer experience.
Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness at all times.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare MIS reports, performance dashboards, and present insights to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass / Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
48 years of experience in loan processing, credit underwriting, overdraft products, or lending operations.
Proven experience in team handling and process management within NBFCs, fintechs, or banks.
Strong knowledge of credit assessment, risk management, and lending documentation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and loan management systems.
