Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 9 years total SDLC experience with 5 years in project management.
Should have managed projects on Core Java & frameworks along with databases and application servers.
Should have experience contributing and suggesting solutions with respect to code reviews and ccessfully participate in deployment & integration. (technical & functional contribution)
Should be able to understand client requirements and execute the same with the team right from initiation to delivery and ensure successful implementation of the same.
Should have clear understanding and hands on experience of all Project management processes.
Should have individually handled medium size projects
Experience on BFSI domain is a must.
Should be able to independently coordinate with all stake holders including client, teams organization and manage respective project actions.
Should be able to resolve conflict across stakeholders
PMP Certification is desirable
