Job Description

Role- Python Full Stack Developer

Experience-5-10 years

Must Have: Python, React, Angular

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Python and related technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Python applications and services.
• Build scalable and maintainable backend systems using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code quality.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing and deployment processes.

Mentorship & Leadership

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Lead technical initiatives and drive innovation within the team.

Documentation & Maintenance

• Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.
