Role: SRE Developer/Lead

Mandatory Skills: Java, AWS, DevOps(CI/CD) Product Configurations

Location: Gurugram

Exp: 8-12 yrs

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will:

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of our globally distributed SaaS platform.
• Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems to maintain

24/7 availability.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed reliability best practices into

the development lifecycle.

• Drive automation of deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and system health checks.
• Improve resilience of microservice-based architectures, ensuring fault tolerance and rapid

recovery.

• Establish SLOs/SLIs/SLAs and continuously optimize for better reliability and customer

experience.

What do we expect from you?

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure

Engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and

container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

• Expertise in databases (Oracle RDBMS, MS-SQL, or similar) with experience in scaling and

performance tuning.

• Proficiency in monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog,

etc.).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure-as

code (Terraform/Ansible).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture, system design, and distributed systems reliability.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
