Were Hiring: Epic Clarity Data Analyst (SQL Specialist)
Are you passionate about turning complex healthcare data into actionable insights? Join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.What Youll Do
Requirement Gathering: Partner with business users, product teams, and leaders to capture reporting and analytics needs, translating them into clear technical specifications.
Epic Clarity Analysis: Explore Clarity tables and schemas, map business workflows to data structures, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
SQL Development: Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions), build reusable scripts, and troubleshoot performance issues.
Data Delivery & Reporting: Provide timely datasets, present findings clearly, and support stakeholders in interpreting Clarity data fields and logic.What Were Looking For
Strong background in SQL development, data analysis, or database engineering.
Handson expertise with Epic Clarity database structures and schemas.
Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, subqueries, performance tuning).
Experience collaborating with business teams to refine requirements.
Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills.Preferred Qualifications
Epic certifications (Clarity Data Model, Cogito, Caboodle).
Experience in Healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or EHR systems.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT).Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
