Job Description
The Mulesoft Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integration solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. The role involves building APIs, integrating internal and external systems, writing DataWeave transformations, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure integration flows
Preferred Qualifications
- Mulesoft Certified Developer Level 1 (MCD Mule 4).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized deployments.
- Experience integrating with systems like Salesforce, SAP, Workday, AWS, Azure, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Develop integration solutions using Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, and Anypoint Platform.
- Implement REST and SOAP APIs, RAML/OpenAPI specifications.
- Create DataWeave 2.0 transformations for complex data mapping.
- Develop integrations using connectors (Salesforce, SAP, Database, File, HTTP, etc.).
- Implement API-led connectivity layers: System, Process, Experience APIs.
Testing & Deployment
- Develop unit and integration tests using MUnit.
- Deploy Mule applications to CloudHub, Hybrid, Runtime Fabric, or on-prem environments.
- Support CI/CD automation using Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Troubleshooting & Support
- Monitor and troubleshoot Mule applications.
- Resolve performance bottlenecks and memory issues.
- Analyze logs using CloudHub, Splunk, Anypoint Monitoring, or external tools.
Documentation & Collaboration
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA teams to deliver integration solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specs and test cases.
- Support API lifecycle management in API Manager and Anypoint Exchange.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 3 6 years of experience in integration development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Mule 4, Anypoint Studio
- API design (RAML/OpenAPI)
- DataWeave transformations
- Message queues (JMS, Kafka), event-driven integrations
- CloudHub deployment and configuration
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, exception handling, and best practices.
- Experience with database SQL and familiarity with tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
