Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer with strong expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on leveraging ServiceNows native AI capabilitiessuch as Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Machine Learning frameworksto drive intelligent automation, improve user experiences, and enable data-driven decision-making across enterprise workflows. The role works closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and value-driven AI solutions.
What will your role look like
  • Design, configure, and develop AI- and ML-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform
  • Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, NLU models, and Performance Analytics & Insights
  • Build intelligent automation to enhance user experience and enable data-driven decision-making across enterprise workflows
  • Develop and integrate custom AI/ML solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and external AI services where required
  • Collaborate closely with Solution and Technical Architects to define AI solution architecture, including data sources, governance, and scalability
  • Monitor AI model performance and continuously fine-tune models to maintain accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness
  • Ensure AI implementations align with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and platform upgradeability

We would like you to bring along
  • Hands-on experience developing AI and ML solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong expertise in Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and NLU frameworks
  • Experience integrating external AI/ML services using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and automation capabilities
  • Ability to work closely with architects and cross-functional teams
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders
Good-to-have skills
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, dashboards, and AI-driven insights
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Knowledge of AI governance, data quality, and model lifecycle management
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or AI-related certifications)
