IntouchCX is hiring confident, result-oriented professionals for our International Voice Process.

If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert international customers, this role offers excellent growth and high earning potential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
  
• Pitch products/services and close effectively
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly ales argets
  
• Maintain accurate customer
  
• Follow sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
  
• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice Process
  
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  
• Willing to work in rotational and night shifts
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
